I was born and raised in Wichita, and I graduated from Kansas State. This is my sixth year teaching at Prairie Creek. I have taught third, fourth, and fifth grades, and I’m excited to be back in 3rd grade! 

I have an older sister, a younger sister, and my brother is the youngest. In my free time, I love to read, play basketball, and spend time with my family and friends.

Welcome to 3rd grade! My name is Mrs. Newton. This is my 5th year at Prairie Creek & my 8th year teaching. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Emporia State in May 2019 and completed my Master's in December 2024.

I got married in March 2025. Our family includes my husband, Tristan, my stepdaughter, Taylen, our nephew, Cash, and a new little one we are excited to welcome this January.
