Hello!
Although this is my second year in USD 380, this is my first year as Centralia's School Counselor. A little about me, I graduated K-State with my undergrad in Family Studies and Human Services. I have been employed in a variety of social service agencies until I entered the school system as a Family Advocate for USD 223 & USD 364 in 2021. I transitioned to the position of Marysville Elementary School Counselor while working on my Master's in School Counseling. I became the Social-Emotional Counselor for USD 380 in 2024 and graduated from Fort Hays State University with my MS in School Counseling.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with each of the students through social-emotional learning, character development, and individual plans of study towards their educational goals post-secondary plans! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Meet Bruno!
In addition to myself, Bruno will also be on staff at Centralia Schools! Bruno is my 3-year-old Goldendoodle. He has his AKC Canine Good Citizenship certification and has passed his Therapy Dog certification through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Bruno has been well socialized since he was a puppy and has brightened lives of many students at Marysville Elementary, Frankfort, Vermillion, and Centralia Schools. He is an allergy friendly dog, but if you have concerns about your child being in contact with him, please let me know.
