The Newton High School Theatre Department produces three drama productions per year. A musical, a play, and a drama III/IV class play or student-directed one-Acts. Announcements will be made a few weeks prior to auditions. Other than acting, our theatre department has many other areas where you can gain experience. Such as set design, lights, sound, costumes, makeup, creating props, publicity, and even directing! Our drama community is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn, have fun, and build life-long friendships.
