Swim team finished in 5th place overall with 219 points--9 points ahead of Hays (210) and 23 points behind Derby (242). Other teams: Campus--591, Great Bend--491, El Dorado--269

Overall a great day of swimming for the lady Longhorns in terms of where we placed in our events, scoring points in every event we had swimmers, several girls taking time off their previous best times, and beating another team.

The Lady Longhorn swimmers had an overall good day, especially considering some outstanding competition: only one event didn't have a State Qualifying time, several events had more than one SQ time, and many more State Consideration time. The girls continue to show great promise.
