State and Nationals

Big shoutout to our Holcomb JAG students!  They placed 2nd at the State level for JAG-K National Career Association PBL which means Project Based Learning.  This has qualified them for Nationals!!! 

At this time next week, TEAM JAG-Kansas (40 strong) will be in Orlando, Florida at the JAG National Career Development Conference!  How do you know you're about to take a trip with some really great high school students?  

A couple of weeks ago, I did a virtual call to discuss the trip and answer questions and then got this photo from these ladies. They put me up on the wall!  And, today we had the chance to spend time together in person, getting to know each other!  

I also got to see the community food pantry, which is managed by the Holcomb High School JAG-K program, and it was very impressive!

Meet Ashlynn, Riley & Gracie from Holcomb High School!  They will represent Kansas at the National Career Development Conference in the Project Based Learning Showcase.  And, I'm only sharing a sneak peak of their project.....but you can see they are making a difference in their school & community!
