Results

Last night the Forensics team traveled to Ulysses for a tournament. We broke 5 of our 9 events into finals! Placings are as follows:

Jensyn Kennedy: 4th in Prose and Informative Speaking

Katelynn Hintz and Levi Ross: 6th in Improvised Duet Acting

Katelyn Hintz: 5th in Informative Speaking

Sara See: 4th in Program of Oral Interp 

Clara Burchell also competed and helped earn team points.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to update you on our last couple of meets. 

We competed at Scott City High School on the 13th and Katelynn Hintz got 3rd place in Informative Speaking. 

This last Saturday, we hosted Regionals and members of our team competed as well as helped with running ballots, showing judges and competitors to rooms, and other random jobs. Those competing from our team were Jensyn, Kendall, Sara, Levi, and Clara. Those receiving a I rating were: Jensyn Informative Speaking, Kendall Poetry and Extemporaneous Speaking, Sara Program of Oral Interp, and Clara Prose and Impromptu Speaking. A I rating qualifies them to compete at the State Festival. 

We will finish up our season on May 6th in Wichita where Jensyn and Kendall will compete at the State Championships!
