How's the season so far?: Pretty good, still has work to do, kids have put in a lot of work
How do you think the season will end up like? : hopefully pretty well, hopefully a few going to state, some for sure.
What improvements do the team need? : Needs more depth, needs to be closer in place
What team has provided the most of a challenge this season? : Scott city, Smoky valley, but we are one the better western schools for sure.

Does running make you feel good?: Yes, because it's kind of therapeutic

Does running make you feel good?:Not the running itself but the aftermath, because it's like a sense of accomplishment
Why did you do cross country?: Because there's not a whole lot of people and its kind of a small sport
