USD 268 Board of Education meeting... I was very proud of Robert. Though I had a basketball game out of town that evening, Robert represented the robotics department very well as he described what we were currently doing in robotics class to the Board of Education that evening. He also was able to show the board members what his team's robot could do on the actual competition field that we are using this year. THANK YOU ROBERT!

Cheney Golden Age Home... We thought it would really be fun to take our robots over to the nearby Golden Age Home and show the residents how to get them to run. The four teams that made it to state at the start of the month did a really nice job demonstrating what their robots would do. First they showed a simulated 1:45 match complete with the goals of tipping caps and finishing the match on the center or alliance platforms. Then the students circulated around the room and let the residents use the controllers to run the robots. This was really fun! The students did a really nice job explaining and demonstrating. Students attending were; Jacob Rohloff, Brooke Hoeme, Nolan Campbell, Jax Luckner, Luke Dold, Beck Fischer, Taj Thomas, Weston Hill, Merissa Abernathy, and Jordan Stoehr. THANK YOU STUDENTS!
