Monthly Counseling Lesson: Bully Prevention
This month in counseling, students will be learning about bullying awareness and prevention. We will talk about what bullying is, how it is different from other unkind behaviors, and safe ways to respond. Students will practice skills for being kind, showing respect, and standing up for themselves and others in positive ways. They will also learn who trusted adults are at school and home that they can go to for help. Our goal is to empower students to recognize bullying, make safe and respectful choices, and build a supportive school community.
