• Increases safety & security in all buildings, creating secure entrances at MGS & MMS, and installing intruder locks in all classrooms

• Updates HVAC in all schools 

• Upgrades electrical & restrooms at Munson

• Replaces and remodels old portions of MMS, and includes a school/community storm shelter

• Replaces Westview Drive in front of Munson and MMS

• Replaces the roof at MHS and updates Auditorium lighting and sound to remedy wiring and sound concerns

• Hutton and Gravity Works have performed a mechanical evaluation for Munson Primary and the Grade School and are looking into HVAC options. They have also looked at secure entry options for MGS. 

• At the November BOE meeting, Gravity Works will have a plan to share for the Middle School. 

• The High School Auditorium lighting and sound projects are complete. The roof is complete at the High School, and the chiller will be ordered at a later date. Secure locks will be upcoming.  

• A couple of projects were completed over the summer: MHS HVAC rooftop and roof replacement. 

• The high school auditorium lighting and sound should be underway in October. 

• PEC has been analyzing and assessing the Middle School and its surroundings. 

• Hutton and PEC are working on the Middle School design and scope, and Gravity Works should have building concepts ready for review sometime in October. 

• We are hoping to have several bond projects ready to start over the summer of 2027.

• Professional Engineering Consultants

• Hutton Construction: Hutton was hired early to help with plans, costs, and schedules as our Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). As our CMAR, they protect our school bond by guaranteeing a maximum price, ensuring taxpayers don't pay for budget overruns if costs go over that limit.
