Our district strives to provide quality facilities for learning in support of our current and future Mulvane Wildcat students. This site provides information about our November 4, 2025, Bond Project, as well as information about the work of the Facilities Master Plan Steering Committee.
Increases safety & security in all buildings, creating secure entrances at MGS & MMS, and installing intruder locks in all classrooms
Updates HVAC in all schools
Upgrades electrical & restrooms at Munson
Replaces and remodels old portions of MMS, and includes a school/community storm shelter
Replaces Westview Drive in front of Munson and MMS
Reroofs MHS and updates Auditorium lighting and sound to remedy wiring and sound concerns

Mulvane School District USD 263 has received an 'A+' long-term rating from S&P Global Ratings for our recently passed $45.2 million Series 2026A General Obligation Bonds. This strong rating reflects the district's stable economy, healthy reserves, and responsible financial management.
The district anticipates closing on the sale of the bonds in April. Following that, funds will be used to complete bond projects in all four USD 263 schools.
A bond project timeline is being established and will be shared once it has been finalized.
