Our third and final Top Cat for being someone who Promotes Responsibility at all times during school is Hays Ensley. Hays understands the expectation in the classroom, hallway, lunchroom, at recess, and anywhere else he may go during our school day. Hays is a very responsible student in and outside of the classroom. He is helpful to others, has his supplies and materials ready to go when asked, and is helpful to me as well.
