School year 2025-2026 (RFP No. 0301-2026-FS )
KSFPA is pleased to announce that EVCO Wholesale Food Corp has been awarded the KSFPA bid for school year 2025-2026. They won with an overall score of 89 points. The scoring and documentation will be available for public release by May 2nd. All vendors that submitted an RFP will be sent the documentation by that date.

Bid Document RFP (Request No. 301-2026-FS) KSFPA Addendums to RFP #0301-2026-FS
In order to participate vendors must:
Vendor must be a full service supplier able to bid the majority of the products requested.
Vendor must have a HACCP plan in place and provide documentation to all KSFPA members.
Vendor must be able to deliver to all member sites.
Vendor must be in good standing with all USDA and state regulations.
Vendor must meet all other regulatory and Co-op requirements as stated in the RFP.
All bidders must comply with K.S.A.44-1030 regarding Equal Opportunity Employment. Bids and bid processes will comply with all Kansas bid laws. Contracts resulting from a bid that is found to be contrary to law may be revoked.
