Avid

What we did in Avid in 7th grade was we each wrote a letter for a specific college we were interested in. We had to make it formal because we were going to write to the Admissions Counselor. In the essay we had to write about what we thought AVID meant and what it's like being an Avid student. We had to research three differnt colleges that had somthing in common. The similarities I looked for was an ROTC program and if the school had biology. We wrote in the letter what we found most intersting about their school and, if they were able to, ask them if we could have any information that we could share with our otherclassmates.
