Meet the Coaches

Coach Conley is the Fall & Winter Varsity Coach. She is from Emporia, KS where she was apart of the cheer and dance team at EHS during her high school years. She attended college at Kansas State University for her bachelor's degree and obtained her master's degree from Fort Hays State University. 

Coach Conley has been teaching elementary special education for 4 years at Riverside Elementary. She joined the EHS Cheer Coaching staff in 2023 as the Fall Assistant Coach. 

Coach Conley's daughter, Huxleigh, is her pride and joy and may even make an appearance at practices/events at times!  

Coach Nisreen Teichgraeber is our Winter JV Coach. She is from Pittsburg, KS where she danced for her high school team.  She went to Pitt State Univ. and graduated with her BSED - Family and Consumer Science Education from Pittsburg State University in 2010. 

Coach Teichgraeber has been teaching for 12 years, she is in her 10th year of teaching at EHS and is currently the FACS Department Head.  She joined the EHS Cheer Coaching staff in 2018 as the Basketball Cheer Coach. She is now coaching the Winter Varsity and JV. 

Coach T has been married since 2013 to her husband, Nate.  She has one step daughter, Ava (17). 

Coach Burkhardt is the Fall JV coach (2025). She’s originally from Silver Lake, KS. She danced throughout all of high school and continued her dancing career at Emporia State University. 

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education and now in her 3rd year at EHS, teaching Sophomore English, Creative Writing, and Journalism and Media Communications. She joined the coaching staff in the Fall of 2025. She is currently working towards an ESOL endorsement through KSU.
