Attend Emporia State University to play football and study athletic training.

Advice to underclassmen?

Put work in on your own time and never stop working hard.

Favorite memory from this year?

Beating Bishop Carroll at home, seeing the gym full of fans and the support they gave us is something I’ll never forget.

What has it meant to you to be a member of Spartan basketball?

It feels amazing knowing we’ve started a special era in the program and being apart of a great brotherhood.

Work hard at all times and believe in the system.

Spending time with the team at the Chanute tournament. 

What has it meant to you to be a member of Spartan basketball?

The family atmosphere has allowed me to gain more brothers.

Attend Kansas University for nursing. 

Advice to underclassmen?

Stay involved and try to leave a good first impression everywhere. 

Favorite memory from this year?

Playing all the sports with my friends and seeing them succeed. 

What has it meant to you to be a member of Spartan basketball?

I loved every minute of it, the family, the team we all connected as one and that’s what made us who we were.

Future Plans?

Attend Emporia State University and study human biology.

Advice to underclassmen?

Enjoy the time you have with your team and have fun but know when to be serious.

Favorite memory from this year?

Spending time with the team at Chanute and any time our team has come together through adversity.

What has it meant to you to be a member of Spartan basketball?

It has meant everything to me, being associated with this team is something I take pride in. 

Aiden Skiles

Future Plans?

Attend Pratt Community College to study fishing and wildlife biology, while also playing baseball.

Advice to underclassmen?

Play sports and be in as many after school activities as possible because that’s how you make the closest friends. 

Favorite memory from this year?

The basketball game against Bishop Carroll where I was one of the starting 5. The feeling of running down the tunnel of friends and fans is something I will never forget. 

What has it meant to you to be a member of Spartan basketball?

Being a part of spartan basketball has meant everything to me. This season has put my faith back in to the male sports at Emporia. With this new found sense of pride and accomplishment I can now hold my head high when I look towards my future.
