Command+shift+3 to take a screenshot of the whole screen, or command+shift+4 to take a screenshot of something specific.

Click and drag over the files that you want to put in a folder together, then right click and choose "new folder with selected items". after putting the items in a folder, you can rename the folder by right-clicking and choosing "rename".

Go to the taskbar at the very top of your screen and find the Apple symbol. Click that symbol, then click on "about this Mac". At the bottom of the window that pops up, you will find your serial number.

If you have a VPN on your computer, you have to delete it because of a DNS configuration issue. That is difficult to fix. If that doesn't work or you don't have a VPN, you might need to ask us or a teacher.

Although it may be something more serious, for a basic start, try closing windows and un-downloading things as well as restarting your computer even if you already did it recently, it is good to do again. Also, try to disconnect and reconnect to the wifi.

Open any Outlook email message and click on the Reply button. In the main menu, click on the Format Text menu option. On the far right of the Format Text ribbon, click on the Zoom icon. Change the Zoom to setting to 100% (or whatever size you prefer) and click on the OK button
