Schoolhouse Rock LIVE! is based off the Emmy winning songs from Schoolhouse Rock saturday morning cartoons. The show is the simple yet zellous narrative of a teacher, Tom, right before his first day of teaching. Trying to calm his nerves, he sits down to watch TV. However, Tom cannot catch a break. Soon pieces of his own personality begin to manifest in from of his very eyes. His personalities,  ranging from a peaceful guitar strummer to a down right diva who knows what spirit really is, attempt to show him how he can teach his students in a fun and entertaining way. Tom eventually joins into their song lessons and his fears are appeased.
