The lighting designer, after meeting with the director, is responsible for the lighting of the show, deciding colors, when and where lights turn on and off, creating a cue list, and programming the show .

The master electrician, after meeting with the lighting designer, is responsible for the hang and focus of the lights, putting in gels, and at the director’s discretion, programming and running the board during the show
The shop foreman is responsible for the completion of the painting of the show, completing the director’s and designer’s vision, and leading a crew towards the completion of the show.
The sound designer is responsible for identifying, locating, and taping or producing live all the sounds needed in the production. The sound designer is responsible for running the sound board during technical rehearsals and performances.
The props master is responsible for the completion of props of the show, making a props list, and ensuring all props are used safely during the show.
The shop foreman is responsible for the completion of the build of the show, completing the director’s, and designer’s vision, making sure things are built safely, and leading a crew towards the completion of the show.
The assistant director position would be responsible for showing up to rehearsals, taking blocking notes, and available to take notes. They will shadow the director for the most part and will be responsible for blocking a section of the show, at the director’s discretion.
