Bulldog Power classes will emphasize the development of power, speed, and agility by performing explosive weight lifting, sprinting drills, agility drills, and plyometric. Progression will be tracked by pre/post fitness testing throughout the year. These tests include: Max Squat, Max Bench, Max Clean, Max Deadlift, Vertical, 40 Yard Dash, and Pro Agility.

Athletic Activity Policy:
We encourage athletes to be active in extracurricular activities and I have developed the program with practice and game volume built in. This means that the students need to follow the appropriate sets and reps that are on their sheets all the time. They will not have a “day off” or “lightened load” on those particular game days. It does need to be understood that the point of the Bulldog Power class is to increase the overall success in the athlete’s activities and increase injury prevention. The class will work in conjunction with ALL of the athletic programs in the school.
Daily Schedule:
· We will lift 3 days a week, and agilities/core/extra lifts/stretching 2 days a week.. Each week is tailored to meet the demands of our athletes.
