First Grade

Reading over the summer is critical to keep your child’s reading level from slipping. Good reading skills are important to your child doing well in school. The AT&T Pioneers are offering a summer reading challenge that will reward your child with a pizza or ice cream party in the fall and 2 more books for reading 20 books over the summer. This is about 2 books a week. You or your child will need to write down the title of the book read or that you have read to them on the participation form. Your child will return the form in the fall. A book may be read and listed more than once. If reading a book with chapters, each 3 chapters will count as a book read.
