Online Enrollment Saves You Time
Please complete by August 1, 2024
Follow the steps below that apply to you. “Returning” means you have had children previously enrolled in the school district and that you have a Parent Portal login. If you need your parent portal login information, first check your email from July 20th for a message from “Campus-Messenger” with Parent Portal sign up instructions. If you still need assistance, reach out to helpdesk@usd111.org.

Important information about school meals for 2024-25
Fees/Payments: Please review information at the bottom of this page. We request that if possible, fee balances be paid by the first day of school.
If you need assistance filling out enrollment forms or have any hard copies that need turned in, district staff will be available at the High School on Thursday, August 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to make it on this day, please call for an appointment.
If you have completed ALL online forms and payments, you do NOT have to come to Enrollment Day. If you have any hard copies that need to be turned in, you may do that any day (M-F 8-4) prior to school starting.

Fees/Payment:
* = forms to fill out if you are enrolling students in both buildings.
+ = not required. Only fill out if these forms apply for your student.
Due Date: The district wishes all due balances to be paid by enrollment day or no later than the first day of school. If payment in full is a problem, please discuss options with district office.
Payment: Available online with eCheck or Debit/Credit or in person with physical check. For online payment, log in to Parent Portal or Campus Parent mobile app. If your child's fees are missing, please contact your building secretary.
Application of Fees: Returning students' 3-12th grade technology fees, PreK students snack and rental fees, and K-12 grade rental fees have already been applied to student accounts. Newly enrolling students will have those fees applied after their OLR enrollment has been processed.
Viewing Fees Owed: Fees already applied or future fees, once applied to account, are visible in Parent Portal or Campus Parent mobile app. Any unpaid previous year's balance are also shown.
Breakfast/Lunch Account: From Parent Portal or Campus Parent mobile app, go to the Food Service page, click the Pay button, type in the amount you'd like to add, and click add to cart.
Purchasing a 24-25 HS Yearbook or Sports Passes: These may be purchased in your Parent Portal or Campus Parent mobile app, under the Fees page, by clicking on the "Optional Payments" button at bottom of screen.
