Welcome! My name is Xiangyu Li.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Accounting at the University of Southern California.

I conduct archival research on the debt market, auditing, and disclosure. My dissertation examines how firms summarize complex disclosures in the debt market setting. 

I will be on the 2026 - 2027 job market.
