Oral Presentations:

Oral presentations are given 30-minute time slots:  20-minute presentations, followed by a 10-minute Q&A.

You can give your presentation using slides or handouts.  If you are planning to use your own computer to project your slides/handouts, please make sure that the Zoom application is installed.

Flash Talks:

Flash talks will be 5-minute pre-recorded oral presentations, followed by an online 4-minute Q&A session. Presenters will be joining the session over the internet to answer any questions during the Q&A.

If you are giving a flash talk, please send us your pre-recorded presentation by February 26, 2025. Zoom links for the session will be available later.

Poster Presentations:

Please make sure that your poster is in Portrait A0 (33.1 x 46.8 in) size.
