Seongmoon Cho

About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Price School of Public Policy, University of Southern California (USC) starting in 2020. Also, I am a research assistant at the USC PopDynamics Group. 

My research interests lie at the intersection of Housing Demography, Urban and Real Estate Economics, Urban Analytics, Machine Learning, and Causal Inference. The current research studies the socio-demographic disparities across metropolitan areas given the housing and employment characteristics.
