Our 2025-2026 competitions have concluded; thank you to everyone who competed! Problems, solutions, and results can be viewed in the Competition Archive. Please also take a moment to complete our feedback form here; it will help us improve future competitions!
We'll be back after the summer with info on SCMC VIII (Fall 2026). In the meantime, UCLA is starting a competition of their own this year, the Los Angeles Math Tournament (LAMT)! Their inaugural competition will be held on Sunday, 17 May at UCLA; see their website for more information if you're interested.
We host two math contests each academic year on USC's University Park campus. They are designed to be roughly equivalent in content and difficulty:
The Fall contest is usually held in late October.
The Spring contest is usually held in late March.
Provisions also exist for competing online, if you live too far from USC or are otherwise unable to be on campus on the competition day.
