About Me

I am a PhD student in the Electrical Engineering Department at University of Southern California (USC). I'm an Anneberg Fellowship recipient advised by Dr. Ashutosh Nayyar.

My research interests are in the area of Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning, Stochastic Control and Online decision making under uncertainty. Specifically, my current research focuses on:

  • Regret Analysis for Learning in a Multi-Agent Linear-Quadratic Mean field team Problem using Thompson Sampling .

  • Optimal Decentralized Control of coupled agents with control sharing and state sharing between agents in a cluster.

Before coming to USC, I spent two wonderful years at Cadence in the Vision team working on Xtensa-Imaging Library (XI-Lib) development and Optimization of codes related to Computer Vision algorithm.

I pursued my Masters from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay with a specialization in Signal Processing and Communication. I worked closely with Bhabha Atomic Research (BARC) scientists on developing novel Segmentation and Registration techniques on 2D Gel Electrophoresis (2DGE) images.
