Travel and Fees

Travel: You will be asked to fill out a Travel Form (to be returned to the Scientific Secretary) prior to your arrival. The travel form will provide important information about getting to the conference, as well as coordinate your complimentary ride to and from the airport. The deadine for filling out the Travel Form is April 3rd, 2022. Please, be prompt so you can secure your ride to the airport.

Fees: You are kindly requested to pay the all-inclusive fee of 750 Euro for faculty (and other permanent staff) and 600 Euro for students and post-doctoral researchers for the six days and 5 nights of the workshop, plus 150 Euro per day for each accompanying person (if any), by bank transfer to the account of the Ettore Majorana Foundation. Details on the bank transfer can be obtained from the Scientific Secretary.

Accompanying persons are considered in all respects as regular participants with the same benefits and duties. Unless differently stated, they are requested to pay a fee of 150 Euro/day. Please indicate the name(s) of the accompanying person(s) in the Travel Form. Special cases (persons accompanying senior participants, children, accompanying nurse, etc.) and requests should be indicated in the Travel Form and negotiated with the Conference Scientific Secretary for instructions.

Please, do not forget to bring with you a copy of the bank receipt proving the payment. You will be given the receipt from EMCSC secretariat. In case you have difficulties performing the payment in this way, please inform the Conference Scientific Secretary for instructions.
