Hi there, thank you for visiting my page! 

I am a postdoctoral research scholar in the Center for Alcohol, Substance Use, and Addictions (CASAA) at the University of New Mexico. My current work is centered around the intersection of social connection, opioid use, and chronic pain. More broadly, I study the relationship between social connection and substance use behaviors. 

My goal is to make an impact on drug policies and improve overall health and wellbeing among people who use drugs.
