I had a wonderful 6 years at UChicago, where I learned how to think rigorously and always remembered the motto, crescat scientia; vita excolatur (益智厚生). 

Before that, I had a meaningful 6 years at the High School affiliated to Nanjing Normal University (南师附中, NSFZ) and its junior school division (树人), where their shared motto, 嚼得菜根，做得大事 (Way to success is through hardship) also flows in my veins.
