Caroline Marie Betts

I am a Professor and Department Chair of the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences Department of Economics, at the University of Southern California. I specialize in international macroeconomics and macroeconomics.


I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, a Masters degree in Economics from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and a first class honors undergraduate degree in Economics from Durham University in the United Kingdom.
