The Town of Hotchkiss began a project to update its Master Plan in mid-2025. A copy of the current Master Plan, which was last updated in March 2018, is available at this link. A Master Plan, sometimes referred to as a Comprehensive Plan, is a guiding document that establishes a vision and goals for the Town, along with policies and actions to achieve them.
