Joseph has been installing QRS PNOmation systems that have been shipped all over the country for the last 10 years. When he was based in New York he installed the system for the movie "Annie 2014", Madame Tussauds "Ghostbuster" exhibit and even worked on Jimmy Falon's PNOmation system. When he was in Ohio, he was the primary installer for the largest Yamaha retailer in the Midwest, Solich Pianos. Joseph has relocated to Texas to offer support as a subcontractor for Piano Arts, Kawai and Yamaha. He currently has limited availability for Player Piano installations.

We understand retrofit player systems are dependent on the quality of the installation. We reinforce the key bed of your piano before beginning to install the system. This helps support the extra weight introduced when installing the system and is often neglected by other installers. We know the performance of the system also depends on the performance of your piano; we take time to inform you of any piano repair or maintenance that would improve your piano and do our best to make it concert ready.
