Fill Out Required Forms on Time!

Create Project Boards for Fair

Come set up your projects during the allotted time

Come to Fair AND Present on time!  (in-person presentations ONLY)

Transport to Regional/State if Necessary

Print forms for students if parents do not have a printer

Ensure forms are sent to coordinators by the deadline (very important if late, they cannnot compete)

Communicate to Students/Parents about fair, important dates and what is required.

Liaison between Students, Parents, and Coordinator

Collect forms

Recruit Judges from the Social Studies Community

Liaison with Teachers and Principals

Set up Fair, enter paperwork to Regional/State Fairs
