GC Racing will be collecting all the results from the meet using FinishLynx cameras and RFID timing chips. Results will be available live at https://gc.trackscoreboard.com/

AWARDS

Plaques for the top five gold varsity teams and a special award to the overall team champions. Top 3 individuals will receive HOKA shoes and special awards, top 10 varsity gold individuals will receive event backpacks, the top 20 in each varsity race will receive medals and top 20 JV athletes in each race will receive ribbons. All JV awards will be available for pickup at the registration tent immediately following each race, and there will be an awards ceremony for the varsity races immediately after the girls gold varsity race.

PARKING

On-site parking will be only be available for CARPOOLS of 3 or more people or ADA vehicles, just south of the course, not in the public parking area. Vehicles should enter via the south access road off of Chambers Creek Road and follow directions from attendants to park in the gravel lot just north of the start line area. Team buses and vans should enter through this location as well and will park at the "Tarmac". See route:

All other spectator vehicles must park off-site. A free shuttle will be available from 8am-5pm from Curtis High School (see below).

SPECTATOR SHUTTLE

We will be running a shuttle bus for spectators to take from Curtis High School (8425 40th St W, University Place, WA) down to the Chambers Creek Park Central Meadow. This shuttle will begin at 7:30am and will run through 5:00pm and will run every 10 minutes in both directions. It is an 8-minute ride one-way, so spectators need to plan ahead and give some extra time to arrive at the meet. Electronic signage at the top and bottom of Chambers Creek Road will direct non-carpool vehicles and non-ADA vehicles to the shuttle locations.

COURSE MAPS

5K COURSE

The course starts in the new event lawn, utilizes the driving range, and finishes in the central meadow of the park. The terrain is 100% grass/dirt and has rolling hills. All road crossings are covered by turf or rubber mats.

YOUTH 1.5 mile COURSE

MEDIA COVERAGE

HIGH SCHOOL ENTRY FEE

$150 for a high school boys and girls team / $100 for either a boys or girls team. Please have your accounts office send your entry fee by Thursday, October 1st, and make the check out to Curtis High School. The mailing address is:

HIGH SCHOOL ROSTERS

Please submit your roster by Monday, September 28th. Rosters need to be entered using athletic.net (for entry instructions, click on link).

**When in doubt, enter the athlete. Any male athlete with an assigned number is eligible to compete in any male race, any female athlete with an assigned number is eligible to compete in any female race. No need to inform meet management about changes or drops. See the registration tent if an athlete hasn't been registered and needs a number.

YOUTH RACE

The Youth race is for middle school and elementary school teams and unattached runners. The race distance is 1.5 miles, and will follow the same course but finish after completing the first loop of the driving range. There is no registration fee for middle school and elementary school teams. Club teams are expected to pay the team entry fee. Unattached individuals are $5. Register on athletic.net (for entry instructions, click on link). Online registration will be available until Monday, September 28th. Day of race registration is available at the registration tent until 9:15am. Cash or check only.

COMMUNITY OPEN RACE

The Community Open Race follows the same course as the other 5k events. The registration fee is $5 per person, cash or check only. Club teams and unattached runners are welcome to participate. Unattached registration can be done in-person on race day at the registration tent until 8:45am.

Coaches are encouraged to participate free of charge (register in-person at registration tent).

APPAREL

There will be t-shirts and other apparel available for purchase at the entrance to the park, provided by Northwest Designs Ink.

SERVICES

There will be a certified trainer available before, during, and following the meet.
