El Seminario invita a los estudiantes a que reflexionen sobre sí mismos como educadores y a que consideren las repercusiones y justificaciones de sus acciones educativas. La reflexión gira en torno a lo siguiente:

*Las cualidades que hacen a un buen maestro o maestra y la diversidad de maestros y estudiantes.

*Las repercusiones y justificaciones (por ejemplo, éticas, psicológicas, sociológicas, políticas) de las acciones de una educadora o educador.

Being an Educator

The Seminar invites students to reflect upon themselves as educators and to consider the repercussions and justifications of their educational actions. The reflection revolves around the following:

* The qualities that make a good teacher or the diversity of teachers and students.

* The repercussions and justifications (eg, ethical, psychological, sociological, political) of the actions of an educator.
