Biography

Dr. Venkataramani Kumar graduated with his PhD from University of Dayton, Ohio in August 2024. His areas of interests includes Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Communications, Machine Learning, Algorithm Design, Computer Architecture, and Wireless Security. He graduated with his master's degree from University of Dayton, Ohio in Fall 2019 with majors in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). He secured his undergraduate degree from SRM University, Chennai, India in Summer 2017 with majors in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). He worked as Instructor in the ECE department at University of Dayton from Fall 2023 to Spring 2024. Furthermore, he worked as PhD Intern in 5G Energy FRAME project at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from May 2022 - December 2023. He also serves as reviewer to multiple journals, and conference publications such as IEEE Internet of Things, and IEEE Wireless Communication Magazine.
