Welcome Back!! We are going to have a great year!

Hi! Welcome to my site! My name is Meredith Swanner and I am the School Counselor for Upper Township Elementary School. I love working with students, presenting lessons on Social/Emotional Learning, facilitating small group counseling and holding individual counseling sessions at Upper Township Elementary School. I am also the 504 Coordinator for the Elementary School. I joined the Upper Township School District in 2019 and I love this community!

I am originally from Central Florida. I grew up where the space shuttle took off! I received my bachelors degree in Psychology minoring in Gender Studies from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. I then went on to Graduate School at Fairfield University in Connecticut to obtain my Masters Degree in School Counseling. I moved to South Jersey in 2016 for my husband's Coast Guard Career. We loved it so much, we decided to retire here! We currently live in Linwood with our 3 children Charlie, Findley and Auggie. We also have a cute border collie mix named Izzy.
