Tentative and Checklist

🔅 Equipment provided by organiser:

a) 600mm x 800mm table – 2 units/team

b) 1200 mm x 1800 mm display board (Front & Back) – 1 unit/4 teams

- 1 front side shared by 2 teams to display 1 A1-sized poster each

- 1 back side shared by 2 teams to display 1 A1-sized poster each

c) 1 plug point for each display board – 1 unit/4 teams

d) 2cm x 2cm Velcro to attach posters to display board – 10 units/4 teams

🔅 Additional equipment to be provided by each team, if necessary:

a) Extension cord (at least 1.5m long)

b) Table cloth(s)

c) Thumbtacks

🔅 Exhibition Booth Preparation:

All participants are advised to set up their own exhibition on February 18, 2023 (Saturday) starting at 7.00 a.m. at Dewan Besar, Pusat Kebudayaan & Kesenian Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah UPM.
