FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. My student cannot log on to their Google Account.

  • Try adding @upland.k12.ca.us to their log-in credentials

  • If that does not work, please have the student contact students teacher.

  1. My student cannot access:

  • Clever- Use their school assigned email address.

  • Google Classroom-Use their school assigned email address.

  • StudySync-Use their school assigned email address.

  1. My student cannot remember their password to the Google Account.

  • Please have the student contact one of their classroom teachers. Teachers will contact Technology Leads to reset password.

  1. How much time should I expect my student to be online?

  • This will vary by grade. Please contact your student's teacher(s).

  1. What if I'm having connectivity issues?

  • Please contact Charter. Charter is offering all households with K-12 students free wifi access for 60 days. You can call 1-844-488-8395.

  • If you are unable to receive free wifi access through Charter please contact the district.

  1. Where can my student access breakfast and lunch?

  • All Upland USD students can pick up a grab and go breakfast and lunch for the week on Mondays 9-10am. We are using a drive thru style system so that families do not need to get out of the car.

  1. Who should I contact if my student needs social emotional support?

  • Please contact your site administration and they will get in contact with appropriate resources.
