Kısaca
- Hesap yok. Adın, e-postan, telefon numaran istenmez.
- Engel listen, filtre kuralların ve kontrol geçmişin yalnızca telefonunda durur.
- Fotoğraflar ve kamera görüntüleri telefonda işlenir, hiçbir yere gönderilmez ve saklanmaz.
- Bir mesaj yalnızca sen "Yapay zekâ ile açıkla"ya basıp ayrıca izin verdiğinde, kişisel bilgiler maskelenerek OpenAI'a gönderilir.
1. Telefonda kalan veriler
- Engel listesi ve SMS filtre kuralları: Uygulamanın paylaşılan alanında (App Group) tutulur. Arama engelleme ve SMS filtresi eklentileri yalnızca bunları okur.
- SMS filtresi: iOS, rehberinde olmayan göndericilerden gelen SMS'in göndericisini ve metnini filtre eklentisine verir. Eklenti mesajı telefonda değerlendirir; ağa çıkmaz, mesajı saklamaz, kimseye göndermez.
- Kontrol geçmişi: Kontrol ettiğin metin ve sonuç, telefonda şifreli dosya korumasıyla saklanır. Ayarlar → "Kontrol geçmişini sil" ya da "Tüm verilerimi sil" ile silinir. Uygulamayı silmek de hepsini siler.
- Kamera ve görseller: Görseldeki yazı Apple'ın cihaz üstü metin tanıma özelliğiyle okunur. Görsel gönderilmez ve saklanmaz. Uygulama fotoğraf arşivine erişim izni istemez; yalnızca senin seçtiğin tek görseli alır.
2. Telefondan çıkan veriler
a) Bağlantı kontrolü (her kontrolde, otomatik)
Mesajdaki bağlantıların yalnızca alan adı (ör. ornek.com), T.C. Siber Güvenlik Başkanlığı'nın herkese açık zararlı adres listesinde sorgulanmak için siberguvenlik.gov.tr adresine gönderilir. Bağlantının yolu, parametreleri ve mesajın geri kalanı gönderilmez. Yemezler'in bu kurumla bir bağlantısı yoktur.
b) Yapay zekâ açıklaması (yalnızca sen istediğinde ve izin verdiğinde)
- Giden: Mesaj metni (IBAN, kart numarası, T.C. kimlik numarası, cep telefonu numarası, e-posta ve doğrulama kodları maskelenmiş olarak), gönderici adı (cep numarasıysa maskelenir), bağlantıların alan adları ve telefondaki kontrol sonuçları. Göndermeden önce giden metin sana gösterilir.
- Yol: Telefon → Yemezler sunucusu (Cloudflare Workers) → OpenAI, L.L.C. (ABD).
- Amaç: Mesajın ne olduğunu açıklamak, marka ve bağlantıları web'de araştırıp kaynak göstermek.
- OpenAI: API üzerinden gelen veriyi model eğitiminde kullanmaz. Kötüye kullanımı izlemek için en fazla 30 gün tutabilir. (openai.com/policies)
- Yemezler sunucusu: Mesaj içeriğini saklamaz ve loglamaz. Kullanım sınırlarını uygulamak için yalnızca rastgele bir kurulum kimliği ve IP adresi başına günlük istek sayısını tutar; bu sayaçlar 48 saat içinde kendiliğinden silinir. Kurulum kimliği seninle ilişkilendirilmez.
- İznini geri çekme: Ayarlar → "Yapay zekâ veri paylaşımı" → "İzni geri çek". Bundan sonra hiçbir veri gönderilmez.
c) Abonelik
Satın alma Apple tarafından yürütülür; ödeme bilgilerini göremeyiz. Plus kotasını uygulamak için Apple'ın imzaladığı abonelik kaydı (ürün, bitiş tarihi) sunucuya gönderilir; bu kayıt saklanmaz. Aboneliğin bitiş tarihi ayrıca telefonda, SMS filtresinin Plus kurallarını açabilmesi için uygulamanın paylaşılan alanında tutulur.
3. Kullanmadığımız şeyler
Reklam, analiz/izleme araçları, konum, rehber, arama geçmişi, mikrofon, hesap sistemi. Veri satılmaz, reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz, kullanıcı profili çıkarılmaz.
4. Haklar ve silme
- Telefondaki tüm veriler: Ayarlar → "Tüm verilerimi sil".
- Sunucudaki sayaçlar en geç 48 saatte kendiliğinden silinir.
- KVKK kapsamındaki başvurular için aynı adres.
5. Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncelleme tarihi değişir. Yapay zekâ veri paylaşımını etkileyen bir değişiklikte uygulama senden yeniden izin ister.

Summary
- No account is required. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your block list, filter rules and check history stay on your phone.
- Photos and camera images are processed on the device and are never uploaded or stored.
- A message is sent to OpenAI, with personal details masked, only when you tap "Explain with AI" and grant permission.
1. Data that stays on your phone
- Block list and SMS filter rules are stored in the app's shared container (App Group). The call blocking and SMS filter extensions only read these.
- SMS filter: for messages from senders who aren't in your contacts, iOS passes the sender and text to the filter extension. The extension evaluates the message on the device. It never goes online, stores the message or sends it anywhere.
- Check history: the text you checked and its result are stored on the device with file protection. You can delete them in Settings, and deleting the app removes them too.
- Camera and images: text is recognized on-device with Apple's Vision framework. Images are not uploaded or saved. The app doesn't request photo library access; it only receives the single image you pick.
2. Data that leaves your phone
a) Link check (automatic, on every check): only the domain of each link (e.g. example.com) is sent to siberguvenlik.gov.tr to look it up in the public malicious-address list published by Türkiye's cyber security authority. The link path, its parameters and the rest of the message are not sent. We are not affiliated with that authority.
b) AI explanation (only when you ask and grant permission):
- What is sent: the message text with IBAN, card numbers, national ID numbers, mobile numbers, emails and verification codes masked; the sender name (masked if it is a mobile number); link domains; and the on-device check results. You see the outgoing text before it is sent.
- Where it goes: your phone → the Yemezler server (Cloudflare Workers) → OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA).
- Purpose: to explain what the message is, and to research the brand and links on the web and show sources.
- OpenAI doesn't use API data for training and may retain it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- The Yemezler server doesn't store or log message content. To enforce usage limits it only keeps daily request counters per random install ID and per IP address, which expire within 48 hours.
- Withdraw permission: Settings → AI data sharing → Withdraw permission. After that, nothing is sent.
c) Subscriptions: purchases are handled by Apple, and we never see payment details. To apply the Plus limit, the Apple-signed subscription record (product and expiry date) is sent to our server; it is not stored. The subscription's expiry date is also kept on the phone, in the app's shared container, so the SMS filter can turn on the Plus rules.
3. What we don't use
Ads, analytics or tracking SDKs, location, contacts, call history, the microphone or accounts. We don't sell data, share it for advertising or build profiles.
4. Your rights and deletion
- On-device data: Settings → Delete all my data.
- Server data: counters expire within 48 hours. For any privacy request (including under Türkiye's KVKK), email yemezler@upigai.com.
5. Children
The app isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes. If a change affects AI data sharing, the app will ask for your permission again.
