1. What InkedAI is
InkedAI is a contract monitoring app. You scan or upload a signed contract, and the app extracts clauses, obligations, deadlines, and potential risks into a structured summary. It sets local reminders for upcoming dates so you can act before deadlines pass.
Contract text is reviewed by a language model accessed through an external API. Results are stored on your device.
InkedAI is not:
A law firm, a lawyer, or a legal advisor. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
A substitute for reading your contracts or consulting a qualified attorney.
A contract drafting, editing, or negotiation tool. It does not modify contracts.
A notary, a witness, or a certification service. It does not verify signatures or authenticate documents.
A chatbot or interactive assistant. You upload a document; you receive a structured result.
"AI estimate. Not legal advice." This phrase appears on every analysis screen. It means: the app's output is a machine-generated approximation. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. You are solely responsible for verifying the information and deciding how to act on it. When in doubt, consult a licensed attorney.
2. Who may use InkedAI
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to accept these Terms. Minors aged 12–17 may use the app under parental or guardian supervision, but the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.
3. Results are estimates, not legal advice
Every analysis produced by InkedAI is generated by a language model. Results may contain missed clauses, incorrect dates, mischaracterized risk levels, or missing context.
You must not rely solely on InkedAI's output to make legal, financial, or business decisions. You must not present InkedAI's analysis as a legal opinion, attorney review, or certified assessment. You must not use InkedAI as a substitute for professional legal counsel.
If a deadline is important, verify it against your original contract. If a clause is unclear, consult an attorney.
4. Your documents and data
Contracts you upload are stored on your device only. UPİGAİ does not maintain a server that stores your documents.
Extracted text is sent to a language model provider for analysis. Under the provider's published API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
You are responsible for the documents you upload. Do not upload documents subject to confidentiality orders, government classification, attorney-client privilege, or export controls.
You own your contracts and their analyses. Deleting a contract from the app permanently removes it from your device.

5. Content standards
InkedAI analyzes contract text. It does not generate creative content. The app will not produce legal advice, legal opinions, or instructions to take specific legal action. It will not produce medical, dietary, or pharmaceutical advice. It will not produce content that is sexual, violent, defamatory, or discriminatory.
If InkedAI's output contains something you find inappropriate or harmful, use the Report button inside the app.
6. Your responsibility
You are the decision-maker. You are responsible for reading and understanding your contracts, verifying every date and clause against the original document, and acting on deadlines in time. InkedAI sends reminders, but a missed notification is not our liability. You must keep your device secure and ensure that uploading a document does not violate confidentiality, a court order, or applicable law.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Free tier: Three contract analyses. No payment card required.
Plus subscription: Unlimited contract analyses, full timeline, all reminders. Available as a monthly or yearly plan.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Managed by your store: All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play through your store account. UPİGAİ does not process payments directly.
Cancel anytime: Cancel in your store account settings. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period, then revert to the free tier. Your existing contracts and analyses remain on your device.
Restore Purchases: Available in the app's Settings screen and on the subscription screen.
8. Third-party services
After you tap Continue on the consent screen, contract analysis begins. Extracted text from your document is sent to a language model provider. Under their published API terms, submitted data is not used to train their models.
You may revoke this consent in Settings at any time. Revocation stops future analysis and deletes contracts, analyses, and reminders stored on this device. It does not erase data that was already processed by the external service for a prior analysis.
9. No legal advice — repeated for clarity
InkedAI does not provide legal advice. It does not practice law. It does not replace an attorney. Its output is an automated estimate based on pattern recognition in text. No attorney-client relationship is created by using InkedAI. No duty of care is assumed. If your contract involves significant money, employment, housing, or legal risk, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Policy at https://sites.google.com/upigai.com/inkedai is part of these Terms.
11. No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTRACT ANALYSIS WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR DECISION.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UPİGAİ'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF INKEDAI IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UPİGAİ THROUGH APPLE OR GOOGLE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF YOU USED ONLY THE FREE TIER.
IN NO EVENT SHALL UPİGAİ BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, MISSED DEADLINES, PENALTIES INCURRED UNDER A CONTRACT, OR LEGAL COSTS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INKEDAI'S OUTPUT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer the app, use automated tools to submit contracts in bulk, scrape results, or stress-test the service. You may not redistribute or commercially resell InkedAI's analysis output. You may not upload documents that violate applicable law, court orders, or confidentiality obligations. You may not use InkedAI to provide legal services to third parties.
14. Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to you under them.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice before the next analysis runs. Continued use of InkedAI after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights.
