What InkedAI does
InkedAI helps you keep track of contracts you have already signed. You scan or upload a signed contract, and the app extracts key clauses, obligations, deadlines, and potential risks. It organizes this information into a structured summary and sets local reminders so you never miss a cancellation window, renewal date, or due date.
Contract text is reviewed by a language model accessed through an external API. The analysis runs once per contract. Results are stored on your device.
1. Data we collect
Contract document (scanned image or PDF) — Kept as the source document for your reference. The image or PDF itself is not sent to any external service. Stored on your device only.
Extracted contract text — Sent to the language model so it can identify clauses, obligations, and deadlines. Stored on your device. Text is sent to the language model for processing.
Analysis results — The structured output (clauses, dates, risk score) returned by the language model. Stored on your device only.
Reminder dates — Local notifications scheduled on your device for upcoming deadlines. Stored on your device only.
Consent record — A timestamped log that you agreed to the terms and allowed contract analysis. Stored on your device only.
Subscription status — Whether you are on the free tier or a paid plan. Managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment card details.
2. Data we do not collect
No account. No login, no registration, no email address (unless you write to Support yourself).
No analytics. No analytics SDK, no usage tracking, no crash reporting service.
No advertising. No ads, no advertising identifiers, no ad networks.
No tracking. No cross-app or cross-site tracking of any kind.
No microphone or voice recordings. The app does not record audio.
No location, contacts, calendar, or health data.
No server-side storage by UPİGAİ. We do not operate a server that stores your contracts, analysis results, or personal data. Everything stays on your device.
3. Third-party processing
When you tap Continue on the in-app consent screen, the app begins analyzing contracts. One external service is involved:
Language model provider — receives the extracted text from your contract. Returns a structured analysis (clauses, dates, risk signals). The original document image or PDF is not sent — only the text content extracted from it.
The language model is accessed through its official API. Under the provider's published API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models. We encourage you to review the provider's privacy policy, which is linked in the app's consent screen.
No other third party receives any data from InkedAI.
4. Sensitive documents
Contracts may contain personal information such as names, addresses, identification numbers, or financial details. This information is included in the text sent to the language model for analysis purposes only.
We strongly advise: Do not upload documents subject to confidentiality orders, government classification, attorney-client privilege, or export controls. InkedAI is designed for everyday personal and business contracts — not classified or legally restricted materials.
5. Children's privacy
InkedAI is rated 12+ due to document content (legal and financial terminology). The app is not designed for children. Users must be 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to agree to the Terms of Use. Minors aged 12–17 may use the app only under parental or guardian supervision.
No data is collected directly from children. If you believe a minor has used the app without appropriate consent, contact us at inked@upigai.com.
6. Where your data lives
All contracts, analysis results, reminders, and consent records are stored locally on your device. UPİGAİ does not maintain a cloud copy.
Deleting a contract removes the document, its analysis, and all associated reminders from the device.
Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
Revoking consent in Settings stops all future contract analysis and deletes contracts, analyses, and reminders stored on this device.
7. Payments
Subscriptions are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. UPİGAİ does not handle payment card numbers or billing information. Subscription management — renewal, cancellation, refunds — is handled through your store account.
8. Your choices
Consent screen: Tap Not now to keep contract analysis off. The app remains installed; you can agree later.
Revoke consent: Open Settings inside InkedAI. Tap "Revoke analysis consent." This stops all future analysis and deletes contracts, analyses, and reminders stored on this device.
Delete a contract: Remove any contract and all associated data from within the app.
Notifications: Disable reminders in your device's system Settings at any time.
Support inquiries: Email inked@upigai.com to ask about any data we may hold from a Report or Support message you sent.
9. Data retention
We do not retain your data because we do not store it. The only data we may hold is the content of a Support or Report message you voluntarily send to inked@upigai.com.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how data is processed — for example, by adding a new third-party provider — a new in-app consent screen will appear before the next analysis runs. We will update this policy and note the change. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice.
