The objective of this program is to spread awareness to each individual that being a woman is not a barrier to men's things only. Women are more often doing men's jobs, and women are doing more than men. Therefore, our goal is to promote gender equality and policies against discrimination. Having gender equality in the surroundings creates a healthy relationship and security with each other. If there are policies about discrimination, it will be avoided for those who judge women that women are not capable, that it will be difficult for women, that women are not smart, that women should stay at home taking care of the family, and that women are weak.
