In this action we reached out to Johnathan Bixler, the Deputy Ag. Commissioner of the Tulare County Ag. Commissioner’s Office regarding county statistics on the ACP & HLB in Tulare County and the surrounding communities. He was extremely helpful in providing the information we requested. Below is the information he sent us, including a description. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Bixler and the Tulare AG Department for their helpful services to our community.
This letter discusses how the Asian Citrus Psyllid has locally impacted us. From the standpoint of an AG expert, Mr. Bixler, the letter proves to be extremely helpful in understanding the ACP.

The Tulare County Agriculture Department has placed numerous traps around the county on citrus trees/produce. These sticky pad devices help them better track the invasive bug, in hopes to further control it's spread. Together, by cooperating with AG officials, Tulare County's citrus industry can continue to thrive.
