Paper Submission Deadline: 28 February, 2026
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: 19 April, 2026
Camera Ready Submission/Registration: 8 May, 2026
Early / Author registration by: 8 May, 2026
Conference Dates: 16 – 19 July, 2026
All papers should be submitted either in a doc/docx or in a pdf form and will be peer reviewed by at least 2 academic referees/ members of the workshop’s program committee.
Contributing authors must follow the AIAI2026’s paper format guidelines as far as the IFIP AICT file format:

Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of AIAI VOLUME, under the Springer IFIP AICT Series.
