A formal quote provided via email is valid for 30 days.
Display of services on this site does not guarantee availability for specific dates.
Accessing this website or submitting a contact form does not create a binding contract for photography services.
A professional service agreement (contract) must be signed, and a retainer fee paid (50% of job), to secure a date on the Photographer's calendar. Remaining payment of 50% required before completed photos are delivered.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in the individual service contract provided at the time of booking.
Photographs displayed on this website represent the Photographer's portfolio and editing style. While Utah Brilliance will make every effort to provide a consistent aesthetic, the Client acknowledges that photography is a creative art form influenced by lighting, weather, and location.
Utah Brilliance shall not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Utah Brilliance has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Any claim relating to Utah Brilliance's website shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Portfolio & Promotional Usage
By booking a session or engaging the services of Utah Brilliance, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer may use any images captured during the session for the following purposes:
Portfolio Display: Inclusion on this website and in professional portfolios.
Social Media: Posting on business profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
Marketing & Advertising: Use in digital or print advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
Privacy Requests: I value your privacy. If you (the Client) wish to keep your images private or have specific photos excluded from public display due to sensitive reasons, please notify me in writing prior to your session date. I am happy to accommodate "no-social-media" or "private gallery" requests when discussed in advance.
