We are delighted to announce the birth of Lucien Frederick Hough-Westcott to Eleanor Hough and Philip H. Westcott. Lucien was born on June 28 at 3:40 am, at the University of Kentucky-Lexington Children’s Hospital. Everyone is doing well.
