GEOMVAP is firmly committed to fostering a research environment where excellence and inclusivity go hand in hand. Gender balance is an integral component of our long-term strategy, reflected in recruitment, mentoring, leadership roles, and visibility in scientific activities. The group actively supports the progression of women at all career stages, from doctoral training to senior leadership, through tailored mentoring, balanced representation in seminars and conferences, and active participation in international initiatives promoting diversity in the mathematical sciences. This commitment is embodied in the leadership of the group itself and in its engagement with programmes and networks that encourage the participation and recognition of women in the field ensuring that talent is nurtured in a fair, supportive, and forward-looking academic environment.
