Today we held a follow-up meeting of the ARTIFACTS Research Project, with the participation of Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Universidad de Sevilla, and the Oncology Radiology Unit of Hospital Universitario Virgen del Rocío. We discussed how the use of synthetic data and federated learning in a safe data space can improve the diagnostic potential in cancer and, in addition, the progress of the project was shown.
