Requirements for Theses and Dissertations under the TDDR

For Theses and Dissertations that underwent ethics review by the UPCHE Research Ethics Committee

In accordance with SOP 15 Review of Final Report, the following is submitted to the REC for processing and approval:

• UPCHE REC Form 21 Final Report not later than eight (8) weeks after the end of the study  and;

• Completed theses signed by the Dean (submitted soft copy of the manuscript)

Upon approval of this report, the Form 33 Action Letter - Final Report Approval will be issued to the principal investigator.  (For more information please view here.)
